GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR GROUP DISCUSSIONS
 FOR ALL THEMES
 
 
***These discussions are the building blocks to support the development of the country workplans on Day 3**
 

OBJECTIVES:

• Review and identify those interventions and implementation strategies that can be taken to scale, especially identifying those that are applicable in scenarios where (a) home deliveries exceed 80% and (b) where they are less than 20%.
• Identify challenges/constraints and possible solutions
• Identify key indicators and feasible methods of monitoring for (a) project and (b) population/DHS levels
• Identify up to three key operational research questions
