Technical Committee

The Technical Committee is a five member group that initially reviews the specific projects to be undertaken each year under the Technical Assistance Project Proforma. The committee makes recommendations on the reports and reviews project activities, monitors administration and shares expert opinion with the Steering Committee.

The members of the Technical Committee are as follows:

1. Convener: Executive Director of ICDDR,B
2. Director (Planning), DGHS
3. Director (Planning), DGFP
4. A representative from the Planning Wing, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare
5. Senior Assistant Secretary, Project Implementation Unit-1, MOHFW

The recommendations of the Technical Committee will have to be approved by the Steering Committee as per the Annual Work Plan.
